| About GroupMembersOnly |
| GroupMembersOnly is an online service that allows groups, organizations and associations to create an online environment where they are able to invite their membership to network and communicate via various online methods. The members of GroupMembersOnly are allowed to create personal profiles of information that they would like to share with other group members. Groups are given the ability to link with other groups to allow further networking of their membership. Group members can view the profiles and communicate with other group members as well as members of linked groups. Group members can upload or create content on the site including photos, documents, and videos. Group members can also post information to blogs, discussion forums, jobs, emails and via other methods. Each group has one or more online Group Administrator (“Group Admin”). Group Admins are members of the groups they administer. The Group Admin is responsible for the day to day moderation and management of the group. Groups are allowed to invite new members, upload content, network, post jobs, communicate, collaborate with other groups, collect membership fee, collect donations, collect events and conventions fees, and collect other funds securely online. These and all other administration functions of groups are the sole responsibility of the group and its administrators and are not the responsibility of Group Members Only. |

All GroupMembersOnly members are allowed to post advertising on the site. Advertising rates are posted in the advertising module. Each ad is edited by GroupMembersOnly to ensure appropriateness of content.

| GroupMembersOnly deeply cares about the online of our members. GroupMembersOnly members are allowed to change their profiles online at any time. | Information Collection and Use by GroupMembersOnly |

GroupMembersOnly collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and country to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the GroupMembersOnly service. GroupMembersOnly also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, business experience, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist users in networking and communicating with each other.

GroupMembersOnly also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes

User Profile information including members' pictures, first names, last name, date of birth and other information are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the GroupMembersOnly group networking community. Email addresses are used by members for the purposes of inviting new friends, family, colleagues and associates to join a GroupMembersOnly group and to send notifications related to the service. With the exception of invitations and notifications, a user's email address is not shared or displayed to people within a user's personal or group network.

| Group Administrator |
| A Group Administrator (Group Admin), who is also a member of that group, will have access to member information. This individual is responsible for the activities of the group membership. The Group Admin is typically someone who created the group or who was assigned the role of Group Admin by the person that created the group. Anyone can create a group to become a Group Admin or be assigned that role. |

| The Group Admin is responsible for group creation, content management, member invitation, member approval, content approval, membership disputes, membership payment processing, donation and event online payment processing, financial and membership disputes. All content, information, membership, or management of a group is the responsibility of the Group Admin. Group Admins can be contacted from the Group Home Page by the members of that group. |

| Communications |
| Users within a group network communicate on GroupMembersOnly with each other through the GroupMembersOnly service, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full names are directly revealed to other members of the group you join when member profiles are viewed. To facilitate searching of other members within a group or linked group GroupMembersOnly allows users to search for other members within your group, or a Linked group by using first and last name, email address, and other social and business related information that you enter on the site. |

Group Members Only or the group that you have joined may also use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service or group activities. Users may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their "notification" setting in the user "Account Settings" section of the Member Home Page.

GroupMembersOnly will not distribute, sell or rent any of the personal information about you to other people or nonaffiliated companies except to enable the provision of services or products you have requested or when we have your permission to do so.

| Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members |
| GroupMembersOnly members can invite friends, family, customers, associates, or organization members to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. GroupMembersOnly stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the network or group of the member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations. GroupMembersOnly does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations, invitation reminders (limited). Recipients of invitations from GroupMembersOnly may contact GroupMembersOnly to request the removal of their information from our database. |

GroupMembersOnly members may also store email addresses of people they know in their internal GroupMembersOnly address book and may also choose to send invitations and other communications to those addresses.

You may prevent GroupMembersOnly email invitations and other messages from being sent to any email address you control by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to privacy@GroupMembersOnly.com Please note that the email must come from the account you wish to block.

| Use of Cookies |
| GroupMembersOnly uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and user profile information. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences -- however, you must enable cookies from GroupMembersOnly in order to use most functions on the site. | Any Information Posted on the Site |

Please be aware that whenever you post information to Blogs, Discussion Forums, Chat rooms, Group Libraries, Video Libraries, Jobs page or any other page or location on the groupmembersonly site that that information can be accessed by other members of your group or by groups linked to your group. Information posted to blogs can be accessed by the general public and the open internet and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.

| Correcting/Updating or Removing Information |
| GroupMembersOnly users may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Settings. |

| Email Choice/Opt-out |
| Members who no longer wish to receive updates, notifications or newsletters may choose not to by making the appropriate changes in the Member Home Page 'Account Settings'. These changes give you the ability to opt-out for future communications to your external email account. |

| Cancel Group Membership |
| You can cancel membership from any group you join by clicking “Cancel Membership” from the group’s home page. |

| Advertising |
| Ads appearing on this Web site are a combination of ads from our members and from third party advertising partners. These ads may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows GroupMembersOnly and ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements that are believed to be of most interest to you. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by GroupMembersOnly and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. |

| Advertisements can be created from the “Advertise” module on the GroupMembersOnly site by any member of the site. The cost for posting ads on the site is posted in the Advertise module. |

| Financial Transactions |
| Groups are given the opportunity to collect financial transactions for their group or organization including membership fees, event fees, and donations. To do this each group is required to create a Paypal account. Paypal is one of the most trusted transaction processing sites on the internet with over 100 million accounts. Paypal is used for all GroupMembersOnly financial transaction processing. It is free to create a Paypal account. All funds collected by groups will be posted directly to the group’s Paypal account. GroupMembersOnly does not collect funds on behalf of groups. Groups are responsible for all funds they received from transactions processed on the site. Groups are responsible for all member fund disputes and refunds, not GroupMembersOnly. Members can contact Paypal regarding any unresolved financial disputes with their group. Paypal can be reached at www.paypal.com. |

| Security |
| GroupMembersOnly member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. GroupMembersOnly takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Additionally, each group will have one or more Group Administrator. The primary Group Admin is the individual that created the group on the site or who was assigned that role by another Group Admin. We do not create or manage groups for individuals or organizations. This Group Admin will have access to the information you post and will be the moderator of your group. This Group Admin is not an employee of GroupMembersOnly and does not represent GroupMembersOnly. The Group Admin is a member of your group and is empowered by your group leadership to manage the information you post on the group. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of member information at any time. | Sharing and Disclosure of Information GroupMembersOnly Collects |
| Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, GroupMembersOnly will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by GroupMembersOnly, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the GroupMembersOnly Terms of Use Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service. GroupMembersOnly reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of GroupMembersOnly or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest. |

| Changes in Our Privacy Policy |
| From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A User is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted.
